About Jess
I'm Jess, an Australian native living in Europe, traveling, learning, and growing alongside my husband and three children.
I have a diverse background in yoga, meditation, holistic health, Ayurveda, and breath-work and am dedicated to sharing these wisdom practices and serving others on their own journey of self discovery.
My journey has taken me across the world to train extensively in Asia, India, and the United States. I have over 500 hours of yoga and meditation training and have had the privilege to learn from some of the world's most renowned spiritual teachers, including Thich Nhat Hanh, Jack Kornfield, Sadhguru, and Peña chodran.
As a certified holistic health coach, Ayurvedic consultant, and breathwork practitioner, I bring a breadth of knowledge, passion curiosity and experience to my practice.
My approach is rooted in the idea that a beautiful, soulful and healthy life is the foundation for deep happiness and fulfillment and that life is discovering wonder in the world within and all around us.
I am an avid hiker, ocean lover, and endlessly curious about the intricacies of human nature. I find solace and inspiration in the mountains where I can connect with the world around me and cultivate a deeper understanding of life's complexities.
In my downtime, you'll often find me in the kitchen, listening to jazz or ambient house music, cooking up warm and nourishing meals for family and friends.
I am also a lover of poetry, putting pen to paper to express my thoughts and emotions through the art of written word.
